A guest list you would curate yourself

Membership is earned, not purchased. Prospective storytellers submit travel histories, social links, photography samples, and references. Only eight percent make it through. We align them to your aesthetic and brief them on every nuance before arrival.

Revenue protection built into the model

Promismo activates only when your projected occupancy falls below the thresholds you define—typically 70% or less. Guests pay 50% of BAR, we retain half of that as our fee, and you pocket incremental revenue on a stay that otherwise would have gone unsold. Ancillary spend routinely lifts the total value even higher.
